District Midtown

The project includes 321 for rent multifamily residential apartment units and 16 live/work units in Greenville, South Carolina. There will be a total of eight four-story buildings comprised of wood-framed construction. Four of the buildings will include one-bedroom residential units along with 16 live/work units. The other four building will include a mixture of one-, two- and three-bedroom residential units. The multifamily units will have access to approximately 8,800 S.F. of leasing space and residential amenities such as a fitness center, lounge and game room with a luxurious outdoor pool courtyard. Over 500 surface parking spaces along with 6 garage spaces are located onsite. Ancillary buildings include trash/recycling enclosures and a maintenance/dog wash/car wash building with adjacent dog park.
