Towne Nashville is a 5-story, Type IIIA and Type VA wood frame multifamily community wrapping a 6 level precast parking deck. Located on a narrow infill site along Rosa Parks Boulevard, the development transforms the existing streetscape with a more dense and walkable residential development, creating a “gateway” into North Nashville from the downtown area.
