The Interlock II

The Interlock Phase II is an urban mixed use development at the western edge of the Georgia Tech campus along Northside Drive in West Midtown Atlanta. The vertically integrated 15-story tower is composed of cast-in-place concrete and includes street level retail, five levels of parking, five levels of office and a rooftop restaurant. The midrise is composed of 5 levels of Type IIIA wood frame student housing sitting atop a concrete podium with a full sized grocer, restaurants and shops below.
