Southern Post

Southern Post is a mixed use infill project in historic downtown Roswell that replaces an underutilized retail center and surface parking lot with an urban and walkable blend of shops, restaurants, Class A office space, multifamily apartments, residential flats, and townhomes. The technically complex, vertically- and horizontally-integrated project blends cast-in-place and precast concrete structures with steel- and wood-framed construction.

Developed in close collaboration with the City of Roswell, Southern Post is designed to reflect the existing nature and culture of Roswell by creating an inviting public realm that engages downtown with broad sidewalks, green spaces, pocket parks, and outdoor gathering spaces. The historic mill inspired structure blends red brick and large, warehouse-style windows with contrasting contemporary metal and glass elements.
