Rustic Road is a multifamily project located in Venice, Florida. This 303 unit project is composed of three and four story type VA wood frame construction residential buildings. Amenities include a clubhouse which is located on the ground level, landscape courtyard areas, outdoor swimming pool and trash enclosure. The coastal inspired exterior is composed of cementitious siding and a stucco finish.
