Prado is a garden style multifamily project located in Davenport, Florida. This 286 unit project is composed of four story residential buildings. A 7,000 SF clubhouse is located by an expansive resort pool amenity area and houses leasing, co-working space, resident lounge, fitness and gaming areas. The modern inspired exterior is composed of wood tone siding with contrasting light and dark board and batten detail.
