Gainesville Midland

Gainesville Midland is a garden style multifamily project located in Gainesville, Georgia. This 214 unit project is composed of three 4-story and two 5-story buildings of Type VA wood frame construction. The two 5-story buildings have basements that contain a total of 14 units. Approximately 6,000 SF of leasing and amenities are integrated into the ground level in two different buildings. The modern farmhouse inspired façade consists of a mix of light and dark gray brick with dark gray cementious paneling and white board and batten siding. The flat modern roof completes the inspired look.
